Sunflower Oil for Peace

We are quite frightened about what is happening in Ukraine. To us, it’s both terrifying and sickening. Because we have Ukrainian colleagues, friends, and family members. This crisis has had an emotional and personal impact on us.

With the Support Ukrainians Initiative”, we want to contribute support for the humanitarian crises created by the war in Ukraine.

100% of the net-profit will be donated or invested in aids for Ukrainians (70%), Humanitarian aids (20%) and environmental related issues (10%).

We want to be honest and transparent with you. That is why we will disclose financial reports on a regular basis. These indicate how much money we have received from the Sunflower Oil For Peace, as well as what proportion of our earnings was donated and invested into.

BLV does not pay out any dividends regarding the Support Ukrainians Sunflower oil to its owners. All profits stay within the company and will eventually be donated or used for humanitarian aids or sustainable environmental projects.

Please note that we just started, so please have patience. We will release our first Financial Reports at the end of July 2022.

Sunflower oil Supply Lines Cut

Sunflower oil is a major export good for Ukraine, and the supply chain and manufacturing lines have been disrupted as a result of the war. According to the Observatory of Economic Complexity, Ukraine is the world’s largest supplier of sunflower oil, accounting for up to 46 percent of sunflower-seed and safflower oil output.

The war in Ukraine has resulted in a significant scarcity of the product in the European Union, and we are contributing with the “Support Ukrainians Initiative” to mitigate the impact on all parties involved.

Sunflower Oil is Only the First Step

As an expanding Import/Export consultancy company, we have an excellent understanding of the present worldwide market demands. Berlin Love Vietnam will begin with the Sunflower Oil For Peace as the first product in our “Support Ukrainians Initiative” which we want to expand to include more and more items. We hope that many more individuals or businesses will join our initiative.

Our Choice: Support without Bullets

There are various ways to give and invest in organizations that might help Ukrainians during this difficult time, but we don’t want to be associated with any ventures that could cause greater harm. The “Support Ukrainians Initiative” is a completely peace-related activity with a focus on legitimate, long-term solutions.

#Support Ukrainians Initiative

With the “Support Ukrainians Initiative”, we want to contribute support for the humanitarian crises created by the conflict in Ukraine.

Through the “Support Ukrainians Initiative,” we hope to make an impact and do something worthwhile that is both viable and long-term. This initiative entails creating future business opportunities for Ukraine and developing a win-win business model for all parties involved, not just Ukraine. The plan is to develop products that were exported from Ukraine, where supply chains are currently disrupted, to the global market. For the time being, the production will be sourced outside of Ukraine, but it must be returned within Ukraine’s borders in the future.

  • A product which is exported from Ukraine.
  • A minimum of 50% of its net profit must be donated for the benefit of Ukrainians.
  • When production and export possible, at least half of the production volume must be relocated within the borders of Ukraine

We established the “Support Ukrainians Initiative” in order to do something with our limited resources to assist millions of Ukrainians who are suffering as a result of war. However, rather than a one-time donation, a more meaningful and long-term solution is necessary. This initiative will not be restricted to time; as long as BLV is able to sell a single bottle of sunflower oil, 100% of its net-profit will be given or utilized for humanitarian help or long-term environmental projects.

We are now manufacturing our goods outside of Ukraine, but we will happily relocate our production within Ukraine’s borders whenever possible in order to give full support to Ukrainians.

Our Plan to Support Ukrainians
35%

This portion of the funds will be donated to projects that will help Ukrainians have a better future. We want to donate to and support Ukrainian startups, businesses, and environmental projects that benefit Ukrainians.

Please apply for donation at info@berlinlovevietnam.com

A part of the fund will be used to develop jobs and accommodation for Ukrainians who wish to migrate to Vietnam with their families. That is because we predict that as the number of refugees increases, there will be a large humanitarian refugee crisis in Europe. There will not be enough employment and homes in Europe to stop the large number of new migrants; thus, we must establish other possibilities for Ukrainian refugees.

This war was started by humans against humans, and we need to give something back to the planet. Bamboo is the most cost-effective and efficient natural instrument for the human race to combat the climate crisis and rejuvenate the Earth. We will invest a small part of the funds for the open source research platform database BambooARK, connecting bamboo specialists across the world, to define and better understand bamboo’s enormous range of capabilities.
